Applicable taxes and fees may apply.

Change Your Reservation

New travel plans? No problem. If you booked online, you can easily change your flight online. Contact us if you have questions or need help changing travel not purchased on our site.

Cancel Your Reservation

We’re sad to see you go, but happy to help you cancel your flight. We even make it easy to apply the value of your ticket toward future travel online.

Be a Checkin Expert

Check-in Online

Beginning 24 hours before your flight, you can check-in online and print your boarding pass. If you receive a security document instead of a boarding pass, you can still proceed through security. See a gate agent for more information or check-in at the Southwest Ticket Counter.

Get Flight Status

Know before you go by checking your flight status online. We´ll give you up-to-date details on departures and arrivals. Subscribe to flight status updates, and we´ll send notifications straight to your mobile device.

At the Airport

No boarding pass? No problem. If you didn’t check-in online or checked in with our mobile site or app, you can use our E-Ticket Check-In kiosks to check-in and print a boarding pass. You’ll also have a chance to upgrade to a Business Select Fare to enjoy benefits such as same-day changes, priority boarding, and drink vouchers.
